how to install a hatch on a plastic round well 

This manual contains step -by -step instructions for the installation of plastic sewer hatches on observation decks. Corresponds to Russian construction standards (GOST, SNiP) and is suitable for urban infrastructure, private sections and industrial zones.

1. Preparation of materials and tools
- plastic hatch (corresponding to the diameter of the well)
- The sealing ring
- cement solution m150
- Gravel pillow
- Construction level
- rubber hammer
- Cleaning brush

2. Preparation of the neck of the well
- Clean the planting surface of dirt and layers
- Check the verticality of the walls with level
-Install a gravel pillow 10-15 cm thick

3. Installation of the seal
- apply silicone grease to the landing groove
- Install the rubber sealing ring
- Check the uniformity of the fit around the perimeter

4. Installation of the hatch
- carry out preliminary landing without fixation
- adjust the position by adjusting bolts
- fix with mounting brackets every 30 cm

5. Hermeticization
-Fill the mounting cavities with a cement-sand mixture (1: 3)
- Install additional spacer wedges if necessary
- Store 24 hours until complete setting

6. Finish work
- conduct a test for water resistance
- Install decorative plugs on fasteners
- apply anti -vandal coating (optionally)

Important notes:
- installation temperature: +5 ° C ~ +35 ° C
- compulsory concrete strengthening for the carriageway
- Periodic check of fasteners (every 3 months)
